Admin (Jovan Bea) is all about lining his pockets and putting his name on buildings while patients are mistreated, disrespected and forced to live in pain. Find somewhere anywhere but Mercy. It is a shame that Javon Bea is a horrible unethical, uncaring CEO, because there are hundreds of stellar Doctors, NP, nurses, and support staff. Don’t even try c/s the manager just repeats the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior found in the head office. Mercy Health foundation director stole millions of dollars with help from select vendors, and although she was a direct report of Javon Bea he still got over a million dollar raise from the board of directors. I tried to discuss many issues with the Board of Directors, but I unlike every other hospital there information is not publically shared. I was told this is how all hospitals do it. More and falsehoods to cover up their lack of integrity. Outrageous and rotten to his core!"
