"I was seen for less than minutes by the doctor. Who said I should go to the ER up the road. The immediate care charged me for a visit. When I asked the billing department why I was billed, they replied, “the doctor assessed me.” If you feel you need to be seen immediately and cannot wait to go to your PCP. Just go to their competitor Northwestern. Northwestern medical systems can provide better care. Mercy Health Systems isn’t very helpful in providing diagnosis. If no diagnosis is given they’ll still charge a person."

"I came in to get the strep and covid tests done, and Cindy Kroncke was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and made it a completely pleasant and painless experience (especially since I was a bit nervous)! She’s great, and so was the very nice doctor whose last name I did not catch, but I believe his first was Jeffrey. Kind people!"

"Great service from beginning to end. I was registered as soon as I walked in, and they called my name before I had a chance to sit down. Nurse was thorough, as were doctor and radiologist. All were polite and communicated what was being done. In and out in less than 90 minutes. Granted, it was only tendonitis. But I have waited to see my regular GP longer than that! Would definitely recommend. I dont know if it matters what time of day you go--I arrived around 9:30am on a weekday."

"I've been here a few times over the years...everytime the staff were very helpful. One visit in 2015 stuck with me when I went in thinking I had a stomach flu. After being brought to the exam room I almost started crying because of how awful I felt.The nurse (Patty was her name, I think) was extremely sweet and brought me water and some Ibuprofen and told me they'd take good care of me. Turned out I had a kidney infection. Was prescribed antibiotics and had a chat with the Dr. where she told me how serious it was. Anyway, felt 100x better by the next day. Later that afternoon I had gotten a call from the immediate care, and it was the nurse checking on me! Such a genuine & heartwarming call to receive, and something that stuck with me. Taking my SO tomorrow and I hope he gets the same care I had."

"My fiancé was a sick a week before our wedding so she went in to make sure she would be okay for the big day. The receptionist was extremely sweet and helpful, the nurse got her into an exam room before she even had a chance to sit in the waiting room and the doctor was great and personable. He gave her multiple courses of action just in case the first did not work so she would be better in time for our vows. Great service!"
