"Dont let the Small waiting room fool you. Dr Disanti practices medicine as well if not better than any city DR. He has an office in Rockford and still chooses to continue his practice in Genoa. He is very thorough and wants his patients to get better and recover. He doesnt just treat symptoms like so many others and he wont hesitate to give a referral to a specialist if necessary. He has seen both my wife and I for a while and is responsible for a diagnosis and preventative treatment for a serious condition that landed my wife in the hospital 4 times over the last 2 years. Thank you Dr. Disanti. You and your staff put the CARE! back in HealthCARE!"

"Will never go back. My first and only visit to establish care was a disaster. Front office staff was rude, more concerned with collecting money than anything else. I was given a form to sign that had been photocopied so many times it was barely legible. The waiting room was small and cramped. Most of the other people there were over the age of 70. The clinic was outdated, cluttered, dusty and generally in need of a good cleaning. The doctor spent maybe 10 minutes with me, as a new patient. Ordered the same blood tests that had just been done a month prior before my doctor closed her doors. Requesting medical records would have saved some money through insurance, but he "didn't trust other labs". He told me that a previous medical diagnosis was "all in my head" and "it isn't real" yet it's in the ICD-10 as an actual diagnosis, with very real symptoms. He said that I was just depressed and I really didn't have any pain, and that I needed to lose weight and I would be fine. He was rude, his bedside manner was horrible and he was extremely condescending towards me. This man has no business "practicing" medicine when he very clearly has no regard for anyone. Steer clear of Dr. Disanti unless you like being talked down to and insulted."
