"I talk to Doctor Mundozie and his staff like we're old friends. I absolutely love the warmth and friendliness of Lori, Michelle, Olga and others. Dr. Mundozie is always patient with me. He answers all my questions kindly as a Doctor should. I will be one of their more "colorful" patients for as long as I live."

"I moved to Harvard 4months ago! I was looking for a clinic that was not only near me, but a place I could count on! The first visit all that was done to me was vitals taken and given blood pressure refills. The doctor I saw was a very nice person. I would always want to see her again. But oh my God! The receptionist was very nasty? I do not want to ever go back there again! The atmosphere of a clinic should be a warm and accepting environment. Obviously, if you are going there then you are sick or need to see a doctor? The last thing that is needed is a receptionist that seem to not care whether you are sick or not! Unfortunately, in my opinion, they have not learned personal skills!!! p.S. I really do not want to even give a one star!"
