"My son and I have been enjoying our time at TNT Ju-Jitsu. He attends the little dragons class where they learn basic skills such as releases from grips if someone grabs them, how to identify dangers, body control, evading harm and general exercising. The adult class has helped with self confidence, growth in the understanding of my body and it's capabilities; movement and the manipulation of movement in others. They focus on technique instead of muscle. This is not a competition Dojo, there are no tournaments, it focuses on defending yourself in the event of a confrontation in the real world.
