"We had a great experience with Masters Kitchen and Bath. We had a big project and they made sure to take care of us and do everything right. Professionalism, workmanship, design are 3 words that describe Masters Kitchen & Bath of Park Ridge, Illinois. We had a kitchen & 2 bathrooms remodeled in the fall of 2023. Picking out fixtures, tile, and cabinets was so easy with Jennifer to guide and suggest! The work was done by the full-time, dedicated team of Igor & Zeljko, who were very skilled, detailed, polite, and tidy. The job was completed in 12 weeks, before the expected date."
"Our experience renovating our kitchen with Masters K&B, was painless—it’s a one-stop-shop. Not to mention how many compliments we receive from family and friends. If you’re considering going with a certain tier, these folks are professional and awesome. We sat down with the designer, Jen and Joe, for a handful of visits to go over details about the layout, materials, colors, hardware, etc. She reconfigured our original layout and it worked out beautifully! You can elect to be as involved or as passive as you’d like when drafting the final look. We were somewhere in the middle of that spectrum. With our busy work schedules not being the chief decision-maker was a relieeef. When the work began, Alin, the incredible one-man show, was extremely knowledgeable about all the systems in our home. He alone did 99% of the work! There was *no* need to stop progress to coordinate schedules with multiple contractors, handymen, or craftsmen. Every bit of hands-on work was seamless and efficient. Alin was also considerate of our home and laid down canvas tarps, sectioned off the work area with heavy-duty plastic to prevent fine debris from floating everywhere, and even gave our hyperactive pup pets every morning! Sasha was also a very kind man and assisted Alin when needed. We love those two! Being our first kitchen renovation, it was valuable to receive insight from Jen, Joe, Alin, and Sasha. They all offered their own perspective on functionality during different stages of the kitchen remodel. “This peninsula length provides a comfortable clearance when walking through these two structures” and “placing the handle here instead makes opening this flap cabinet easier”. This advice and more showed they really cared about us and the project. When we’re ready to remodel the guest bathroom, we know without a doubt who we’ll be hiring. Thank you so much for everything! We still cannot believe our kitchen is ours."
"On reading the word “Masters” in their title I winced, suspecting the claim pretentious. After a few encounters with Joe and Company I decided the word was accurate, indeed, modest. They do everything in a masterly way: inspecting the current kitchen, drawing you into designing the new one, guiding you around their impressive showroom to sort through all the possible selections, plotting out details on video screen. (Side note: looking at their trucks I had to conclude that anyone who took the trouble to make such elaborate design is committed to their profession.) During the work Joe stopped in many times, both to check on progress and to talk. It is obvious he has labored for years to fashion a superior operation, attaining mastery not only in the technical field but in human relations. Example: they will not pdf, mail, or e-mail their 5 Year Warranty. They insist on delivering it in person, on the day and at the time you choose. I’d imagine this could sometimes mean an hour on the road just to deliver a piece of paper. Gets across the importance of your project. Personal example: I dropped my first kitchen contactor when she put my project three months away, then another three, then another. Masters put me in line for late April. In December Jennifer called to inform that a customer had stepped out of line and postponed his project, that if I wanted to fill in, mine could begin in the last week of December. Four months earlier! I levitated! Perhaps this bit of luck provided another: getting Igor assigned to my case. Mastery? Man does it all flawlessly: electricity, plumbing, cabinetry, splash tiles, painting. After he left each day I went around taking close up photos. In the third week Joe stopped in to explain that Igor had to take a five day trip and I could either accept a replacement for the last week or wait for him to come back. That decision took less than 1/1000 of a second. By nature I look for faults in anything I come upon. In their operation I could only find one: I believe there should be an apostrophe after the “-s.” In short, exceptional company and people. A pleasure to deal with them. Can not go wrong entrusting them with your kitchen."
"Masters Kitchen and Bath remodeled my 40-year-old kitchen and the bath in my bedroom. I invited 3 well-known contractors to submit bids and by far Masters Kitchen and Bath submitted the most well-thought out plan. I live in a condo and they made the most of my spaces. The functionality and beauty of my kitchen and bath have greatly increased. Remodeling is expensive and I feel confident that it has been done correctly. The others seemed to just want to replace the cabinets, tile and flooring without much thought to better configurations. There are also great warranties by Masters Kitchen and Bath plus from the suppliers they use. Without hesitation, I recommend Masters Kitchen and Bath!"
"We were very satisfied with our complete kitchen and ½ bath gut rehab and remodel. It was important for us to find a local company that would be the designer, project manager, and submit all of our city permits on our behalf. While we had ideas, we wanted professionals. Also, we wanted the “tv” type design 3D experience as well as a warranty on the labor and materials. We’ve used a number of contractors on our 100 year old colonial home, and finally, Masters was the perfect design-builder for us."
