Sensei is great with the kids, has trained, and is friends with the some best muay thai fighters alive!!(Saenchai and Rodtang to name a few) You won't find a better gym."

"I love the people and energy at House of Dragons! I was nervous for my first Zumba class, but everyone made me feel relaxed and welcomed. The Zumba teacher, Stefanie, was incredible! Her choreography and dancing style are easy enough for beginners, yet challenging enough to keep you on your toes! Time flew by so fast while having so much fun dancing, sweating and laughing with everyone in the class! I will definitely bring my grandson here for marital arts classes as well (once he’s old enough) - I cannot say enough great things about this place and the instructors."
