"Was my daughter's pediatrician at another practice and that was fine. When Dr Gipson had newly opened her own practice, I made an appt as my young daughter was quite sick with flu like symptoms. They were out of flu tests when we got there but were expecting a UPS delivery any minute. Dr Gipson told me we were welcome to wait in the waiting room. I had to grab something from my car and when we came back, the door was locked and the office staff wouldn't open the door to let us in because they were at lunch. I called and they refused to answer. My daughter was falling asleep as I carried her and we just got into our car and left. We transferred her to an ARC and have never been happier. My daughter is 21 years old now but I will never forget this horrible experience."

"Staff at this place needs to quit and go work at bank. We've used them for 11 yrs and I'm done. Walked in on Friday at 4:30pm, and they wouldn't see my son who they know has a history of respiratory problems in the cold. All we need was the usual RX we get every year, but they wouldn't call it in, and wouldn't see my son because it was 4:30pm on Friday and they close at 5pm? There was no patients in the waiting room, and no one in the parking lot. I guess someone was worried they would miss happy hour. So I had to take my son to ER for simple prescription they give to him every winter for the last 7 years. You'll never get ahold of these people after hours either. Avoid doctors who all they care about it making a buck and go somewhere that cares. I hope they go bankrupt."
