"Paid Silver Birch $25K for new kitchen cabinets, island, wet bar, and 3 bathroom vanities. Installed in 2020. Told they would come back to install missing drawers in kitchen and replace panels on island that were wrong color. Came back Dec 2022 to replace panels on island but did not have all panels and some were mismatched. Workers scratched our wood floor where they moved dishwasher. Still have no toe kicks under kitchen cabinets, island, and wet bar! Still waiting for panel install on wet bar fridge. Called, texted, and emailed since Dec 2022 but no response whatsoever! We will now have to pay someone to finish this work after we already paid Silver Birch! This company does not have its act together—over promises and under delivers! Go somewhere else, there are better companies out there that will do what they say they will do! Very disappointed, we feel totally taken advantage of! Thank a lot Silver Birch!!"
