"Worst customer service ever! I just went today Saturday February 10th, 2018 at around 10:30am to request information about dance classes for my 20-month daughter and the lady in the front was extremely rude. I was waiting in line behind a gentleman and when the front desk lady finished speaking with him she did not greeted me nor looked at me when I asked if there were classes available for my daughter which she responded no with an uninterested attitude. I then asked her what is the minimum age for the classes but she totally ignored me and started speaking with someone else passing by. I am definitely not taking my daughter to this place."
"I have been dancing at Carol's for nine years now, and this is honestly the best studio anyone of any age and experience can go to to better themselves. The staff is amazing beyond belief and does their job with a smile. Your class mates turn into family, and the lessons you learn here go much farther than dance. This was the only dance training I've ever had and made not only my school's musical, but also our double national champion dance team (the Bailadoras). I strongly encourage anyone that's reading this to give Carol's a try... it's a real life changing path and I'm proud to say I am known and loved at this studio."
