"Horrible and verbally abusive people working the facility. There was a slight altercation between parents at the H-Town Showdown tournament held recently, where a mother of the next playing team felt entitled enough to lack the patience to allow the team that had just finished playing clear out of the stands (before her daughter’s team had even stepped foot on the court or warmed up) and very rudely insisted we move out. Instead of handling the situation appropriately and hearing both sides the workers decided to get on the announcement system and threaten the opposing side to be removed from the building in a highly inappropriate manner. Not only were the workers extremely unprofessional, there were multiple tournaments going on at one time to the point where not even the whistle being blown could be heard. The concession stand had little to no food options and overall it was just entirely a non-enjoyable environment to be in."

"Greedy and Rude people hosting poor Volleyball more than one tournament a day. Bracket play only set of one game to advance. Kick you out of other areas leaving limited for people to sit because they say that they need to clean yet they don’t. They close the concessions two hours before the last game ends yet no food or drinks allowed. Sad, no wonder the reviews are true."

"I am happy to report that this will be my last trip to this Facility. It's a shame though, because it's really a nice place for the girls to play Volleyball. The problem is that the people who put on the tourneys who work for the Four owners are extremely rude. I am surprised that they don't have dogs sniffing bags at the front door. The concession Nazi was in full force today. I have had my backpack checked/asked if I had brought any outside food in three times and I have only been here two hours. I have been told two times where I can and can't stand. They have all the parents jammed up in the middle aisle like a Southwest Airlines boarding. They were only using 1/2 of the building today (wonder why?) and I was standing on the other side of the bench in the picture below trying to get a breath of fresh air. When I was then tracked down by the #1 Curmudgeon as she pointed to the sign that I must move once again. If you can explain why parents who have to be in your facility at 8am on Saturday need to be treated this way I would welcome a follow up. Goodbye Fast Track Volleyball on Hempstead Highway in Houston, I will not miss you!"
