Reviews of Project Now
"I been asking for help since august put in 2 applications sent in all my information still nothing on top don’t answer phone"
"Horrible..needed help with rent and electric..said no because I was a white single male with no kids. Would never waste my time with them again..so much for helping people in need..nothing but a lot of government hypocrisy."
"Little upset that I went down there and to be told that their offices close for training. That's why I wish they would answer their phones then people would know that. Basically I just wasted my gas to be told their office is closed And it's hard to get ahold of them through phone they never answer....."
"On the day I went into project now I was asking for assistance because they had helped pay for repairs on car. I spoke with a supervisor about repairs on my vehicle that were not done. The supervisor told me it was between me and however project now paid over $500 for repairs that were not done. All of a sudden a white guy with facial tattoos runs in right past where I was standing screaming he needed to see someone ASAP to file a lawsuit for discrimination against himself. Guys from back offices came out as this man was yelling & cussing at the receptionist. He demanded he was discriminated against as he 5old an employee at a bar no pork on his pizza for religious reasons, yet they gave him pork. Then ran up the stairs past me again yelling with 4 guy employees behind him at the bottom of stairs. He had to pee he stated. I left & while in my car in disbelief I watched 3 other women run out of 5he building with 2 children. I have never seen such a crazy office on a Friday afternoon. Still never got assistance with the claim I had bout my vehicle. I will be going back but not alone."
"They are a waste of your time!!! I applied for rental assistance, and they had me running around like a chicken with my head cut off for over two months gathering things that i should'nt have needed. They need new staff because you never get a call back if you leave a message. You make 10 trips to the office to turn in documents, then they tell you it will work just for them to ignore you, and deny you. They obviously aren't doing their job sadly!"
