Palina's Ponies Magnolia

"My daughter had her 6th birthday at the Magnolia location. When we got there no one greeted us or told us what to do. The party was supposed to start at 3:00. It was 3:30 before anyone started leading us in any direction. The pony part was ok.. they rode around in circles a few times and braided the horses hair. We got the full package which included pizza (3 little Caesar’s nasty cheese pizzas) cupcakes and cake (cheap from H‑E‑B) and unicorn decor (very simple dollar store and mixed with cowboy not unicorn) photos with the horses (which never happened) and a treasure hunt that the kids didn’t understand. No one directed the party.. very unorganized. The kids were put in a room without a heater.. it was 40*. And to top it all off after paying $700 unearned dollars I got a text message accusing us of stealing cheap goodie bag trinkets. I would NOT choose Palina’s Ponies for anything if you are looking for a professional experience worthy of that type of money."
