"Just moved in here and I absolutely love it. No issues. Shannon was extremely helpful in securing us an apartment very quickly. I was in a bit of a time crunch due to a job change and she went above and beyond to get everything approved. Maintenance and the office is very timely with communication. I also appreciate the thoroughness in their application process."
"Do not rent from this place. They will keep your security deposit. They made up damages in my apartment to keep my money. Example; there was normal wear and tear in my apartment from past tenants such as holes that had been patched over the years. They kept $675 of my deposit (to patch up "new" non existent holes that they "saw") When I moved in I pointed things out to maintenance and he kept saying "It's not a big deal or that's just wear and tear" just to turn around and blame me for it. If you do decide to rent from them, do not do walk thru by yourself & take lots of pictures! Stacey, the office manager is no help! They made me move out a day before my lease ended because the office isn't open weekends. I was not compensated for that day. Not to mention, you are paying for location not the quality. I wouldn't give them stars 0/5. I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND!"
"This apartment complex also breaks ever Law where support animals are concerned they tell you apply then find every excuse in the book not to rent to and come right out and tell you we do not allow pets of any kind it is a State and federal Law for support animals both for regular disablitites and now emtional support falls under HB4912 act and should educate them self they descrimanate against people with disablites . Just unreal ! the Lady in the office is so rude doesn't care at all but yet there are so many other complexes that are so much better . thanks"
"I BEG you to avoid the trouble and rent somewhere else! The apartments are priced for location not for quality. In the year and a half I lived there we had 5 maintenance calls which were a complete hassle. Our fridge went out and when returning from work the “new fridge” was an old fridge with 2 different colored handles. Not to mention two weeks later we realized the handles mysteriously changed back so they had ENTERED our apartment without permission at some point in that time!!!! The heat in our apartment went out and when called they sent out a repair man BUT he left because he couldn’t access the furnace saying there was “too many boxes in the way” yet it was one box of Christmas ornaments that had wheels. Then proceeded to leave my apartment with the lights on and the door was left open. Then threatened to charge us an extra fee to fix it after hours!! The washing machines use quarters and go down about every other month. They leave passive aggressive notes on tenants doors. Then in the end they charge you for every little thing you breathed on in the apartment when living there. I called for paint color to use for touch ups and they told me I needed to rent a sprayer and spray the apartment instead of rolling or brushing and if I didn’t they will charge me for the touch up fee anyways. If you don’t clean the carpets from their company they use they take that out of your deposit. The two women in the front office are the biggest “C U Next Tuesdays” I have ever met and they are some shady liars. Told me in the end of it all that when I had to pay my “3 months buyout” for ending lease early that it “needed” to be paid by the 31st. Their office hours are 9-5. I work 8-6… little inconvenient to get to a bank or them some days. I tried working out with them to make 3 Zelle payments back to back to back for 3 days after already paying one and they said it needed to be paid “that night” BECAUSE if it isn’t processed by corporate BEFORE the 1st my move out won’t be considered valid and of course I’ll be charge another months rent lol so I sped across town. On my way there she emails me saying “I can leave the check in after hours drop box and they can get it in the morning??? So it really didn’t need to be processed that night. In the end they charged me $800 for paint and other ticky tack charges which ended up eliminating my $915 deposit and us owing $600 more lol I hope whoever reads this doesn’t take their business to these greedy a$$holes and finds something better. Tricia Thompson is the leasing agent, do not do business with her."
"We lived there from 2019 to 2021. The neighborhood is nice, usually quiet, safe to take walks (crime wise), but no sidewalks. Our apartment had a nice balcony overlooking the extra green area and backyards of the condos on the next street. Our model included an attached garage, 2 beds, 2 baths. We were happy with the old management; when it was sold, some of our neighbors were concerned about the new management, but we had no problems with them. They were helpful when we decided to move, and eight months later when I needed something from the office, the woman I spoke and emailed with, Tracie K, was quite helpful."
