"Maintenance is abysmal they blatantly ignore requests, there’s black mold in every unit , the basement floods. They’ve been hit with numerous health code violations now that the city is involved due to their negligence yet I see no improvements"

"I am very happy with my move. The staff was so welcoming. They make sure that the residents are very comfortable and all there needs are met."

"The property manager can't keep help. We put work orders in and they get marked complete without anything being addressed. Lots and lots of black mold issues. Laundry room constantly floods when it rains. Now since the city got involved and slapped them with 16 code code violations requested repairs to our apartment are getting done in a timely manner. Definitely do not recommend this place."

"There are several pros and cons. Admittedly, it is one of the most spacious and affordable 2bed apartments in Rockford, however, it does come at a price. Maintance requests are flat out ignored. My patio door has leaked since I moved in, which has caused deterioration in my ceiling that management has repeatedly refused to address. Other maintaince issues, such as constant plumbing issues or elevators not being repaired, have also run rampant since living here. Everyone here is nice, I haven't noticed any crime or anything, and it is in a convenient location... Just know what you're getting into."
