"My now husband and me lived there for 4 and half years and the location of this place is so so prime to everything. Maintenance was really good and Clarkie is one of the kindest people we have met who worked in the office and made it a easy decision for us to choose this over any other place"
"I've been here 4-5 years. Overall, an ok place to live. The new management company is as bad as it gets, unfortunately, so its all downhill from here. They don't care. They don't even shovel a sidewalk after a major snowstorm. Deal with it. The last management company was amazing, these new guys only want your money. Expect bare minimum when it comes to basic services. Maintenance has been pretty good in my experience."
"Every since the new company purchased the apartments, the experience has been DISMAL. My rent increased $200 a month, then 3 months later they increased it ANOTHER $45.93 blaming water and sewage. I've been here for 10+ years and have BEGGED for new carpeting and walls painted for the past 5, they refuse. The maintenance no longer responds in the timely manner it used to, they are very nice when they DO get there, but have fun waiting for them. This used to be a very nice place to live, now its being ran by a high end slum lord."

"Having called this place home since May 2021, I feel compelled to voice my deep disappointment with the dreadful state of the washer-dryer setup. The washing machines consistently emit odd smells, like weed or something strange. And the dryers are a nightmare – they've ruined my clothes and my son's clothes several times, leaving us with a bunch of rips. A group of us who live here have complained a lot about these issues, but it feels like our concerns are falling on deaf ears. It's becoming obvious that they're gradually trying to get residents out of the older apartments so they can fix them up and charge more rent. I get that it's a business decision, but what's really frustrating is that my rent was increased by that same 14% I mentioned earlier, even though no improvements have been made to my apartment. It just doesn't seem fair at all."
