"Unless you’re desperate and dirt poor, DO NOT rent from them. Laundry machines are ALWAYS broken. They’ll have 1 washer and 1 dryer for a building with 30 apartments. And it’ll be broken. ALL mailboxes are broken in their buildings so your Mail WILL get stolen & misplaced. Some people resort to using metal locks on broken boxes. THE MAIN ENTRANCE door gets broken on ALL their buildings so there’s NO SECURITY to keep outsiders from trespassing. They’ll charge $300 for $5 blinds. The people hired to clean the buildings STEAL and enter your apartments without permission. Also call child services on residents. They purposely accept low income residents to overcharge and evict them. Systemic Poverty."
