The coaching is the best! They spend time with you, get to know your strengths, your weaknesses. The programming is phenomenal, actual coaches program the wods. Love the variety of classes they have. If Crossfit isn’t your thing yet check out the Boot Camp! They even have a barbell class that focuses more on techniques. Wish I would’ve found them a lot sooner!"
