"The first step is always the hardest. I've been teaching yoga here for a number of years. I started taking the kickboxing class with my amazing kickboxing coach Jeff. He is very methodical and gives you his best in each and every class. Jeff teaches strategy as well as the art form of kickboxing. He is very patient and encourages any personal goals that you may have. He has shown me that I am powerful and how to chanel it. One of the things that is so special about this business. Is that they are personally invested in your life. I'd like to say that I am 52 years old. I started training in Jiu-Jitsu about a year ago. I came in with a random thought of competing one day. I was on the mat that night. My coaches Daniel and Chuck have inspired me on and off the mat. They have adjusted to my learning style because of their Love of Martial Arts. I train every day because of my personal growth. I've become more focused, strong, and confident. I've grown as a person, a mother, a friend, a training partner, and a member of the community. I've learned to be patient with myself, to be kind with myself, and to commit to achieving a personal goal regardless of my age. They have nurtured me and prepared me for success. They are extremely trustworthy and compassionate people. This is a family. This is a safe space to train here with skilled staff. Have I competed yet? Nope. Will I? Of course. "I have been coming here since 2020, and I've been able to learn so much from both Coach Daniel and Chuck and get fit doing so! Not only are they super great people, but they're also excellent instructors. Kickboxing on Thursday with Coach Jeff is also awesome!! If anyone's thinking about enrolling, I highly recommend that you do!!!!!"

"I have been training with Daniel off and on for years. When it was time for my kids to get into it there wasn't anyone I trusted more with my kids than Daniel. Chuck and Daniel are very patient and a little strict (good thing) with the kids without yelling or putting the kids down. I go to a couple classes a week. Between jujutsu, kickboxing and self defense it is a good all around workout while you learn 3 completely different styles."
