"I called to make a first time at this office appointment for my 6 months old. Before mak Bf the appointment, I had asked the receptionist to varify that they take the insurance I have for my son. She said they did and set my appointment for 2 weeks later. So I make it to my appointment and bring everything they asked me to (shot records, Insurnace card, photo ID, etc.). when I check in, the receptionist says they don't take the insurance (the same Insurnace I asked her to varify). and I'll just add that this office is a 30 min drive from home. I went the extra mile to be sure my son's Insurnace would be accepted so this wouldn't happen and it happened anyway. If they can be that careless with insurance it leads me to believe they can be that careless with my child. This is not a good doctors office and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."
