"Absolutely the WORST! I have accounts at 2 other brokerage companies. I never have issues with them. At Schwab, nobody has any clue what is going on. If you ask the same question of 5 different people, you will get 5 different answers, and they will probably all be wrong. The level of incompetence is truly unbelievable!"

"Disappointed. Everything has to be done on line. When and if you get a response, you might receive incorrect information and of course, whether you phone or you contact them via Internet you always reach a different person. If you send documents by mail or Internet and they deny the services, they do not bother to inform you. You have to call them. I started a process to link a corporate Schwab account with another USA account six months ago. After interacting with different persons by phone and via Internet, and waiting, and waiting for their response, which never arrived, I called and was told that they did not like the type of check I had submitted six months earlier and again six weeks ago. It has taken six months to know what they needed to link a corporate account with another USA account. I still do not know if the new procedure will work."

"A simple funds transfer led to a perpetual cycle of transfers from department to department only to be hung up on numerous times. Not certain any work is actually being conducted here. Highly unprofessional and wholeheartedly recommend branch to be shut down. Clients needs are not met and not sure how they are still in business with these practices."

"The El Paso Office is always vacant and the rep is hard to reach. That's not good when dealing with money. Especially when companies are selling off your stock without your permission. This may be too small of an office. I need a call back soon. Thanks, Willie C,"
