"Melody radiates with peace and positive energy. She's such a joy to be around. She makes you feel welcome and helps modify the exercise accordingly. During our cool down stretches she guides you to relaxation with the lovely smells of essential oils while her voice takes you to an oasis. Highly recommend her classes!"
"Before attending classes a year ago, I had never done Pilates or any other fitness classes. Melody was so welcoming, and drew me in right away! I like that the classes have women of all ages. Every workout routine is anything BUT routine, combining Barre, Yoga, and Mat Pilates. I am always amazed at how many different ways Melody comes up with to use our bodies! You will NEVER be bored!! And after a challenging workout, we all look forward to final savasana, when Melody comes around to each of us with a finishing touch of lavender!
