The owner, Letesha, is awesome and she really cares about helping her clients achieve success - whatever that means for them. She is very flexible about scheduling appointments and is available whenever you need whether it's early morning or evening appointments. So far I have lost about 20 lbs since I started working out at Newsom Fitness.
