Reviews of Texas Elite Allstars
"As a Dad of two girls, less than two years apart, I am happy to find a place that allows them to be on a team together while also developing their individual strengths and responding to their individual needs. The girls have developed confidence and a love of their cheer “sisters”. Their team has progressed in their tumbling from forward rolls as a tiny novice team to working stunts and front and back walkovers as a tiny prep team. Thank you Texas Elite Allstars for building a community of parents and children who support and celebrate each child’s progress individually."
"Texas Elite Allstars has been amazing for our daughter. This is her second year cheering and she has thrived. She loves going to the gym now multiple days of the week for her cheer team and tumble classes. She recently began taking partner stunting privates and had the support of her coaches and teammates to travel to Florida to compete and placed first in the 6 & under intermediate category. We also like that they offer parents night out and day camps on holidays. We just celebrated her birthday there with her teammates. We are appreciative of the staff and owners who push the girls to be their best and provide the instruction to succeed."
"As a grandmother, I am always eager to support and encourage my grandkids, and it was with great excitement that I welcomed my granddaughter joining Texas Elite Allstars. Unfortunately, what initially seemed like a positive experience took a turn for the worse. The once-welcoming atmosphere turned toxic, not only for the kids but also for the parents. It became clear that the owner had little interest in addressing crucial matters such as communication, the well-being of the athletes, and fostering team building. Instead of feeling valued, it seemed as though my granddaughter was viewed merely as a dollar sign rather than the talented athlete she truly is. It is disheartening to see a business that could provide so much more with proper management. Texas Elite Allstars needs significant improvement in various aspects, including business operations, customer service, and overall professionalism. Regrettably, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Texas Elite Allstars to others."
"I absolutely LOVE this gym. As a coach and as a parent I would highly recommend the programs. I have been a part of other gyms where I have felt uncomfortable or not included and the owners have never made me feel that way. As part of the coaching staff I feel very included and feel confident in the training and dedication of my co-workers. As a parent, I trust the other coaches with the well being of my child."
"If I could leave a 0 star review, I absolutely would!! I initially thought Texas Elite Allstars was a fantastic place for my kids - the summer care was amazing, full of positive energy and great coaches. However, things took a turn for the worse when my daughter joined the tumbling and cheer team. Coaches started leaving, and they began adding expensive "team building" events with ridiculous fees, like $45 per person for breakfast, which could easily have been potluck-style. Moving to the advanced cheer team only made things worse. It felt like certain members were running the show, making new joiners feel like outsiders. When we raised this issue with the owner, the kids were abruptly removed from the team, causing a messy and unprofessional scene. Communication was nonexistent, and despite multiple requests, the owner failed to address these problems. The final straw was when my daughter expressed feeling left out, but neither the coach nor the owner showed any empathy. It became clear that they were only concerned with making money and didn't care about the well-being of the athletes. I strongly advise anyone considering joining Elite All Star to read this and consider their decision carefully. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to my worst enemy. If you should have any other questions in regards to my experience, please contact me."
