After searching through multiple local vets, I chose Freeburg Animal Hospital because of the caring & kind staff, availability in scheduling on short notice, and Dr Nieman’s compassionate heart. My dog has always been leery around men but the good doctor’s baby-talk made her feel comfortable & allowed him to check her. (Apparently dogs really like this.) So we have been coming here from the start. After 13 years by my side, my sweet Rosie passed away on Friday, 13 Jan 2022. We were lucky to have an attentive staff who made her comfortable before her final moments. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
