"Doc Robbins is a great doctor. His office staff is awful. I missed 1st appointment because my daughter was flown to Children's Hospital. The day before my 2nd appointment I get a phone call telling me from his nurse that if I don't have $75 or more to pay on a bill that my old insurance didn't cover then for me NOT to come in, but if I can come up with the money then I can see Doc. I knew I couldn't come up with the money. I didn't go in. I get a letter in the mail that I have 30 days notice because I missed 2 back to back appointments. Sad thing is I called before my 30 days was up to see Doc and the nurse said no. I don't want to switch doctors because Doc Robbins knows my medical situation, all the inns and outs. It just sucks that your forced to start all over when you don't want to."

"I've been seeing Doctor Robbins for over 10 years. Things haven't always been perfect but I was loyal. This year I've had a lot on my plate and missed two appointments in a row. I heavily apologized and offered to pay a missed appointment fee both times. I would never miss on purpose. Those appointments were for my children. Instead of telling me in person, they sent me a letter "dismissing" me from their practice. I literally begged them not to because our whole family saw Robbins. Not only would they not even listen to me, but the receptionist refused to let me talk to the manager or the doctor. She was very rude. I'm really sad about it but it's probably for the best. I just can't believe after 10 years they wouldn't even hear me out."

"I visited this doctor once. Looks like a building from children of the corn. Receptionist does not come off as friendly, and will side eye you as you wait. Wait time was quick, didn’t even have paperwork done and they had me back. Doc just listened to my complaints and prescribed meds. Wasn’t feeling well today. Called to see if I should go to the er. Was informed my blood work was fine. I understand that however there’s an explanation for why I am feeling this way. Because I simply made the statement of possibly getting a second opinion (from the er or urgent care) I was called and told I could no longer be a patient there. I responded asking if that meant I needed to just come back to see him today instead, and they said no. Thankful this has happened, switching doctors is for the best as I prefer a clinic that’s clean, friendly and that ACTUALLY CARE and aren’t just out for the insurance money"

"Never had a nice experience with the office staff, I feel like I’m being judged every time I go into the office regardless of the fact I treat my pain with non-narcotics. Doctor left me high and dry with no communication about why and decided to create a “fake” appointment for me to come to. I go in and they tell me I have no appt but don’t tell me they plan to cancel my care there until I left and called later. I was left with no meds and no time to try and find a new Dr for replacements. People only go to this office because it’s the only one nearby"
