"My visit was for a hearing test. I really liked the audiologist, unfortunately, his last day at this office was the day of my test, so now I have to have everything done with the new Dr they have coming, which is fine. The office staff was very sweet and helpful. Highly recommended..."
"Wish it could be a 0 for the office staff. Got a referral and pretty much wasted time. The Dr's were nice and friendly but couldn't help with the issue I was having with my inner ear and eustachian tube. They had me tested for sleep apnea and an apparent 6 month follow up. I had no record and no call about the appointment, JUSTa BILL FOR a no Show! Tried to kindly let them know I received no call/reminder and had no record for that visit! Refused to waive the charge! Never dealt with a Dr's office like this. I see multiple Dr's every month...I know my health appointments and not willing to work out the issue is crazy! I guess they think they have a monopoly and I am forced to see them again...what ashame!"
"Surgery yesterday. No communication to pharmacy for post op meds, no response to inquiries with office, no care at all. It's really hard to imagine being treated more poorly. Now 48 hrs later No follow up Zero response.. Glad I didn't bring children here for care. I have never posted a negative review for anything before but this is just wrong. In every way"
