"This complex does NOT clean the roads for the residents. They have cleaned off the parking lot and the office. Each resident is left to buy a shovel, salt, snow blower. Maintenance at this complex is minimal. When you move in everything looks great. But in time drywall tape cracks. Towel racks fall off walls. Toilets do not always flush. When they do a repair they do cosmetic repair, not fix the issue. You do not get the service you pay for. One lane traffic, with the snow, if you try to pass you get stuck. It is horrible."
"There's a lady in the office that is terrible, my niece went in there to fill out an application for apartment she said the place was available she went and got a money order went back the lady in the office signed it and then looks at her and says the apartment is no longer available. She should have told her before she signed the money order. She literally signed it looked up at her and said it's no longer available. They need to reevaluate their office staff. She said it's her office so not sure if she is the manager or not."
