"We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here! Everyone is so sweet and helpful! Our daughter received PT services for quite a while and each visit was fun and exciting for her. She LOVED it, which was huge for us. We were always seen quickly, and greeted with excitement. Everyone here was kind and really got to know our family. In regards to services, we saw great improvements in our daughter. We are so thankful, and highly recommend them! ❤"

"Had an appointment today at 1:40 pm the staff seemed friendly enough, though I didn’t have a ton of interactions with them. I got my paperwork filled it out and waited. 15 minutes after my appointment time I canceled my appointment and left. The waiting area was filthy and dusty, the hand sanitizer dispenser was broken, only the coffee pot looked clean. no one was wearing a mask or even attempting social distancing. One of the other patients in the equipment area back where I couldn’t see them was hacking and coughing and from the sounds of it without trying to cover their mouth. Another patient was sitting right in front of the entrance door in the equipment area using a seated leg machine and when they were done they move from that to a bench bed and the therapist didn’t wipe either piece of equipment down. Even after they left the station or the building. From the looks of the equipment it’s never wiped down. I’ll never be back and I’ll be calling my insurance to be sure they don’t try to charge them for the almost 40 minutes I was waiting in that Petri dish. As I was never even seen. The therapist came out while I was trying to get in the vehicle to leave to introduce herself and I explained all of this to her."
