"This is a great place to live! Mar'Shell (property manager) is awesome and very responsive. She's wonderful to deal with and goes above and beyond. I had a few maintenance items that I wanted fixed when I moved in and not only did the maintenance team come and fix them the same day, Mar'Shell put in my work orders on the Resident Portal for me because I didn't have time at work. They were fixed by the time I got home! Nice apartments, nice neighbors, plenty of parking, quiet and well maintained. Full sized in-unit washer and dryer is awesome!!!"

"Intermittent utilities, specifically power. My unit specifically had electrical issues that damaged some of our electrical items in the past. I was given the run around for weeks because the maintenance team did not know how to diagnose or fix the issue. It eventually was fixed, but I have zero confidence that the issue will not return - the lights/power still flicker from time to time. The wiring and overall structure of the buildings is degrading rapidly. The apartments shut off power and water at times without giving any prior notice. The maintenance team has stated that the breaker boxes are not labeled accurately, so they aren't sure which breaker controls which unit. Water and pipe quality is bad. HVAC systems (compressor and ducting) are dirty and outdated. Interior floors are sunken in everywhere (maintenance team confirmed this is very common throughout the entire property) and deck boards are splintering. They advertise 24/7 emergency maintenance, but that is untrue (called on evening of 2/28 due to unannounced power outage and was sent to voicemail). Amenities such as the pool are rarely available for use and constantly in need of maintenance. The property manager sends out emails containing little to no meaningful updates whenever they are truly needed. Tenants are treated as an afterthought at this place."
