"Terrible receptionist I believe name was Toya. Very unprofessional. She handles the calls for the doctors of this office and is the reason I will not be returning. She needs to be trained on phone etiquette. She put me on hold several times even after I asked her not to because she originally had me on hold for almost ten minutes. I let her know I had been trying to get through all morning for her to continue to put me on hold. When she did have me on the phone before that she wasn’t not listening to me, ignoring me and was talking to others, laughing. Then putting phone on mute and continues to not tell me and so seemed she co tubules to ignore me. She was very excited to tell me there wasn’t a appt until 2 weeks out and that I could be seen by a different doctor virtually. Then refused to see me and when I told her my concerns and how I wasn’t happy she didn’t even acknowledge it and didn’t care that I w be returning. She’s losing these doctors patients. When a patient isn’t happy you find out why and try to make it right. I’ve never been treated so unprofessionally by any receptionist ever. I asked to be transferred to the nurse manager line so I could leave a message to talk to someone in details on this matter."

"Was reccommended but the nurse receptionist refused to accept my daughter because my daughter isn't up to date. I picked this pediatrician because I was told Dr. Wen was not pushy about vaccines & allowed a spaced out schedule, but that is not the case. I wasn't able to speak with Dr. wen directly but was told my daughter could not be a patient because she hasn't been vaccinated since 6m (Even after I told them I am willing to give them to her but spaced out & not all at once) and now I have to find a Dr fast! I do not reccommended this place if you're a parent like me who wants/needs a spaced out vaccine schedule."

"I have been going to Dr. Nguyen since my daughter was 3 days old. She is an amazing doctor and actually takes her time to sit down and figure out what is wrong before pumping kids full of medicine like other doctors will. I highly recommend her!!"

"Dr. Nguyen is a fantastic pediatrician. She is the best pediatrician I have had for my two children 5 and 15). She takes her time with each visit. Her office staff are very professional, especially Ashley in front office. I think her MA is Marisol or Maribel (always mix it up) is kind and sweet and professional. She always explains her course of treatment, plan and follow up. I love Dr. Nguyen I would recommend her to any and everyone!"

"I liked Dr. Nguyen a lot. She takes her time and addresses all your questions. The front desk could be more friendly/helpful. I did have to wait a long time in the exam room. But I would still go to her. Overall, I liked the office and would recommend them."
