"Awesome experience, the staff members are so friendly and welcoming. The gym is clean and well organized. The workouts are in a small group but the trainers personalize each round to the clients needs. They give feedback and proper lifting techniques. It’s got a great vibe and very motivating. This is a great option for all levels from a gym/lifting newbie to advanced lifters looking for a great workout."
"This is IT! I’ve tried so many different kinds of workout classes (pilates, kickboxing, yoga, spin classes, boot camps, etc) and this is by far the most motivating, friendly, and welcoming environment AND the quickest I’ve ever seen results. I see and feel a substantial difference in my strength after 2 months, which is incredibly quick (especially for someone who had been exercising prior to starting). My husband and I go to sessions together, and this is the first time he’s ever loved a workout so much he’s stuck with it, and I can tell we’re here for the long haul. We feel like the trainers genuinely care about us and we really enjoy them. It is very helpful to have guidance and instruction to both know you’re doing movements correctly and to know how hard to push yourself. The hours/schedule offered at Alloy is also a huge benefit for us, as it’s typically hard for us to find time around our work schedules, and they’ve always been flexible when we’ve had to reschedule. "Was sedentary for over 15 years due to multiple surgeries. Alloy gives you a great workout and tailors the sessions to your personal level of fitness. I’ve been going 3 times a week for just over two months and I’ve noticed significant improvements in my stamina, energy and overall strength. All muscle groups are worked out over the course of the sessions and my wife has noticed I’m getting toned, have better balance, and I’m maintaining a healthy weight. I highly recommend the trainers there - big shoutout to Chris, Eric and Ramiro for their patience and commitment to getting me back in shape!"
