"The doctor is great, however i quit going there a couple of years ago due to no one ever answering the phone. My elderly mother still goes , i just tried calling because her prescription is wrong and again cant get through to any one! Very annoying!"
"Would have given 5 stars but… I brought in 2 pairs of frames and one got lost when it was sent off for lenses. It took several weeks and I hadn’t heard from anyone. I kept calling as I was going to take my business elsewhere (after being a customer with my family for several years) and everyone said okay. I then spoke with Whitney Olinger would did everything in her power to locate my frames online and get them replaced and keep my business. She got me a partial refund for the wait and expedited my glasses. That’s what I call customer service! I was surprised that no one else thought of taking steps to satisfy what I needed, but I will continue to go back as long as Whitney is there. I pay good money and appreciate good service!"
