"My son joined 2 years ago and we love it here. Mario, Amber and Tony are great instructors. My son was interested in Jiu Jitsu since he was 4 years old and Mario welcomed him in with open arms and continues to push him to the best of his abilities. They are encouraging, patient and straightforward. I recommend coming here!"
"I was in town for a conference and I gave coach Mario a call to see if I can come in and train. He was very welcoming and the room was full of really good jujitsu players. The class was great and I got to iron out some submission techniques, but what I liked the most was that vibe of family and friendship. Everyone was welcoming and nice.I will definitely be back if I’m in town again. Thank you for the rolls everyone."
"Mario is a really great instructor . Not only is he professional he makes the school feel like a family. I've trained with him for almost a year now and its been awesome. If you come in , have fun and train the class will be the highlight of your week"
"If I could give Leverage BJJ a 6 star rating I would. Mario is a superb professor of his craft. The culture they have created at this gym is second to none. Very encouraging, the skills he teaches his students far exceed the gym walls. I will definitely be going back, a real home gym for certain."
"We found Leverage about 1 year ago. My husband and I were on the hunt to find a gym that was closer to home and offered adult and kids classes and we found so much more than that at this gym. Mario really knows his stuff when it comes to jui jujitsu he actively competes himself. He breaks down complex moves in a way that the whole class can follow and then he puts everyone in motion with live sparing sessions to give them time to master. Beyond that he challenges each student to keep pushing to the next level. My background is more in Judo so it was nice to pick up some new techniques and learn more about groundwork. Its challenging, exciting and very physically rewarding. We love the gym and the people there, it's more than a gym it's a family!"
