"Wait time is over an hour. Sarah Taylor said it's standard to have a wait time of about an hour. Had I known that I have to wait for her for one hour, I would have seen my children's optometrist. They don't have to wait for one hour to be seen! I asked the staff and Sarah repeatedly to give a copy of my results to my physician. It has been several months now and my physician has not received the results from them. I will not return to this place again. You can find many places better than this clinic with less than an hour wait time and would deliver on their promise to submit results to your doctor!"
