"shout out to cap. I went 5 years ago when I was around 14 years old for a month or so but ended up having to stop. Ive been to lots of gyms since but unlike this gym a majority of these other coaches dont take the time to teach you proper form and drill in fundamentals. other gyms will let you pay hundreds to hit a big and maybe hit mitts once a week. I only went for a month but that month gave me enough knowledge to practice at home and become a lot better."
