"I have had the worst experience trying to get new insoles from The Foot and Ankle Center. It's been 2 months since I ordered them, and unless I actively call and ask about them, no communication is provided. I had foot surgery there a few years ago, which is the only reason I came back. The surgery was just ok, but I do wish I had gone somewhere else since now my toe nail is permanently growing oddly. I'm sorely disappointed in their lack of communication. Don't worry though, their billing is very timely, you'll be billed just a week after ordering, paying no mind to if you have actually received the product. I would not recommend going here if you have other options available."
