At other gyms the head Black Belt kind of walks around and checks everything out. Coach Lozano is on the mat demonstrating every move and is always hopping in to walk through technique. He puts a major focus on learning detail correctly and then drilling it until you have it down. Coach is a very gifted instructor and has the ability explain and teach complex moves.
