"I am in town visiting for 2 weeks while my child is at camp. I decided to check out this gym to continue training while here. I cannot say enough good things about it!!! I was incredibly nervous but every single member was welcoming and friendly. I have a few injuries and could not do some of the warm-ups which for me is embarrassing, but no one looked down on it. Professor Antelante is one of the most welcoming and knowledgeable instructors I have ever worked with. He made me feel incredibly comfortable and everyone was willing to work with me. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym, especially if you want to up your game. I learned things I’d never done before and cannot be more grateful.
