"Just had an appt for my son and myself. First, I'm grateful for the later hours, made it easy to come right after work without having to take time off. I thought the staff was fantastic! They were all very friendly and helpful and not just with us but the other customers who were there at the time. The doctor herself was very professional. I would recommend to others and I'll go back."

"Called alittle over a year after my second pair of glasses prescription was wrong to get the perception to get another pair somewhere else , I was told I couldn’t get my records cause it’s been 1.5 yrs since an eye exam.. excuse me? I paid for that eye exam I want my prescription so I can order another pair of frames .. Had to go back several times to get my prescription glasses right.. That mean wait weeks to get them from the manufacturer then to find out they are completely off on 2 pairs mind you .. then wait all over again to get one pair , then they never called for over a year on the second pair , I had to call an find out where they were ,. To only find out then they were completely not mine at all ,. They were readers , how do you get readers wrong .. Amy the glasses stylist is the only thing good there.. that doctor doesn’t have a clue as to what she’s doing.. she was also dismissive an rude for someone that doesn’t know their line of work.. I think that 1,000 bill took me over a year to pay off a now I can’t get the script I paid for cause it’s been over a year .. that’s a smart hustle I tell ya .. Extortion pretty much .. I’ll go somewhere else Befor I let her get my script wrong 2 times a give me someone else’s glasses again after a year lol .. trust me .. spend your money somewhere else"

"Wish I could give more stars because the eye doctor is really good and the nurse who checked me and My daughter's eyes before we saw the doctor she was nice too. However there was another lady that was there who wasn't friendly at all in fact as a woman of color I felt uncomfortable talking to her she spoke to me like I was illiterate her tone was not friendly it was not kind. Every time she asked me a question she cut me off before I could complete my sentence clear disrespect she was rushing me she was very anxious to be done servicing me and I just did not like her energy at all. I wasn't doing a whole lot anyway just getting a regular eye examination and my daughter needed one because she had to follow up with her school our first time being there our last time being there."

She explained the options I had going forward and let me make the decision I was comfortable with. The office staff made the whole appointment a seamless, easy experience.
