"Way too expensive. Billing confusing. Was told I owed one amount at time of appointment then ended up owing several hundred more. Had I know up front the total cost, I would not have ordered glasses. Then, while trying to figure out why I owed do much, Clarkson sent constant emails requesting payment. Sorry, but will not be returning!"
"I give them one star due to poor customer service. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't find my insurance even though it's the same insurance I had went I went there before and bought two pair of glasses. We spent sometime trying to figure out my insurance. I even asked at one point if I just go ahead with the exam, could we take care of the insurance later. She said I can always file the claim with my insurance. Long story short, I called the insurance number on the card and agter they did their research, they said I was good to go there with coverage. I handed MY cellphone to the receptionist so she could confirm my coverage and write down the authorization number. I was then told I would have to reschedule my appointment at that point because we were past my appointment time. Of course we were. We wasted the time trying to figure out the insurance, which was the same insurance I had before. I took off work early and am there for my appointment only to he told I would have to reschedule. I did reschedule, but with a different eyecare doctor in Highland. Goodbye, Clarkson."
