"New bars, new cardio equipment, actually open 24 hours unlike most gyms now, needa open another one in South Arlington. Lucy, Victoria, and Cameron are the best."

"The front desk workers and owner will bully you. If you want to get bullied or have your loved ones bully come here. The customer service here is horrendous. The main perpetrator is a young lady that works in the front that is extremely rude and condescending. Management should have a better standard for hiring who is at the front end of their business and addresses their customer. Obviously the owner and management do not care for their customer since multiple reviews have mentioned the same person being unpleasant and rude yet do nothing about it."

"I went here for the full year that I lived in the area. Mainly worked out in the morning, and never had a problem with equipment availability. I only had to wait for a squat rack maybe 3 times over the course of a year. The other members were always respectful, and the front desk people were helpful. Signing up and canceling when I moved out of state was very easy. Just had to show up and fill out a form. There aren't any hidden fees throughout the year or when you leave, like some places. Overall a clean and awesome place to workout."

"Love this gym! The place is clean and they've got all the gear you need, no matter your workout style. Staff here are cool—always up for a chat and attentive. Plus, it's open 24/7, so it's a lifesaver for night owls like me. Go check it out, you won't regret it."

"One of the best gyms I went to . It has all the necessary equipment to have a good workout . And when it was time for me to cancel my membership I had a relatively easy cancellation experience. I didn't pay a cancel fee or pay some high exit fee. Another positive was that I didn't need to go in person to cancel . Which, in my case, was perfect since I had already left Texas and was in Florida at the time. Just be sure to call and have some info. Overall I loved this gym and I'm going to miss it ."
