"I called seeking help to a somewhat urgent condition, and to become a new patient. She took all of my information and said it would be about 2days before I heard back from a Dr. Never recieved a call back, and it's been over a week."

"I started experiencing spells of chronic pain in my early 30's and struggled to find a GP who took me seriously because of my age. PFC took the time to run the necessary tests to discover that I do in fact suffer from inflammatory arthritis and other spinal related issues people my age wouldn't normally have. They referred me to the right people, listened to my concerns (in every aspect of my health, outside of this issue also), and have been fast to help me manage my disease when needed. The staff hears me out, relays messages to my GP efficiently, and during a recent more urgent situation went out of their way to ensure I didn't spend my weekend in a dysfunctional, painful state. Furthermore I can't speak highly enough of Doctor Danielle S. She is caring, patient, suggestive, and always takes the time to answer/return calls and online questions and concerns as quick as she can despite her patient schedule. I will be with this office for as long as I can be. My husband also sees Dr Danielle and always walks away feeling heard. My children have now started seeing Dr Cunningham and have received the utmost care. Thank you to all the staff at PFC. You go above and beyond and it is so very appreciated."

"Just DO NOT GO HERE! I cannot explain to you how much of a waste of time these doctors are. I'm not even sure they're actual doctors. If you need your medication refilled you've been on for years and really need, do go here they won't fill it. I could write a novel about the atrocious treatment i received as a patient of the nurses and doctors and front desk. Seriously, if you want real care and help and love your family do NOT go here alone, most definitely don't bring your children here. I've been a patient for 29 years, that my entire life. Took my medicine away because my insurance doesn't cover something? THEY HAD NO REASON TO CUT ME OFF MY MEDICATION ITS DANGEROUS. How exactly is it my fault my insurance sucks? Find more caring and compassionate people. They're not here..."
