"I want to thank the scheduler/secretary/other title who helped me today. I believe her name was Stacy. She helped me get set-up for a virtual appointment today, so I did not have to wait till March to see my primary doctor. It was so helpful, as I have not been feeling well for quite some time and I got somewhere today. Thank you for your help and kindness."
"My nurse practitioner is amazing! She listens to you and from there she made a plan of action for my overall health."
"I am tired of people complaining about this clinic. The staff is very professional and my doctor, Dr. Sandidge is very thorough and caring. Patients that complain usually are unhappy in general (I have experience with this)."
"This place is a joke. They play with your medication. Won't refill medication they put you in unless you come in for a visit, I would recommend that you do not deal with Mercy if this is the treatment they give to patients"
"This is hard to review because on one hand, doctor Mena is a great, and deserves more than 2 stars. However, what is the point of having a family doctor if you can't see your doctor when you are sick and have a need to see a doctor. Seeing your doctor twice a year at some routine visit could be done by a receptionist to be honest. Now I have a pain in my knee, and need to wait almost three months before I can see the doctor. Meanwhile, without having spoken to a doctor, but instead answering the same questions on two separate calls, then being called a third time and being told the doctor has prescribed a medication for me, and if it gets worse, go to the ER. A couple of days later I go to the pharmacy to pick up this medication just to find out it has not been called in, so now I am calling the doctors office again, just to leave a message and being told someone will call me back to let me know what's going on. I don't need to be told what's going on, I need my medication. Again, four hours later, nothing. I call the doctors office again, just to leave a message so someone may call me back to let me know they will at some point, when they feel like it, call in my prescription. It's no wonder these doc in a box office are so successful, as they at least manage to service patients."
