"I have been training jiu-jitsu for nearly 20 years and was very impressed with the high quality teaching and training I had while dropping into this gym last night. Professor Sampson's technique is top-tier level on par with many world champions I have had the opportunity to train with over the years. His classes are well organized and designed to allow him to have plenty of time to give his students feedback which increases your rate of improvement in the sport. If you are able, doing private lessons with professor Sampson will allow him to diagnose your abilities and implement a training plan to guarantee you will see quick improvements to your game. I personally would recommend getting the seminar-like breakdown on his famous Sampson triangle choke. I highly recommend this gym and will make sure to continue to drop in whenever visiting my family living in DFW.
