"AT 52 years old, working a desk job for the past 20 years and no regular exercise, I began to feel much older than I really should. You WILL learn basic boxing and kick boxing technique, while having fun and getting one of the best workouts ever. If you feel you are ready to move on to competition boxing, Muay Thai or BJJ, they offer those as well. I really can't say enough great things about this gym.
