"I was looking to switch pediatricians after my current one has ignored my concerns. I called this Drs office and immediately got attitude from the receptionist. This is a HUGE red flag. She told me I'd be contacted by the nurse momentarily for an appointment. I never was. I called a few days later and the same receptionist said the same thing and AGAIN nothing. This Dr REALLY needs to reevaluate his office staff. They are the first point of contact for a patient. If they can't even keep it together for a new patient, they'll end up ruining this practice. I've now found another pediatrician who's reception was emaculate at handling my call and didn't call me "mom" when asking me questions."

"It doesn't get much better than Dr. Frank. After our little boy was diagnosed with special needs (Down Syndrome), he went out of his way to share resources with us, explain the development curve between typical kids and DS children, and just provide overall exceptional support and care. After moving out of the area, we tried a local pediatrician but quickly returned to his practice. Dr. Frank is absolutely the gold standard in pediatrics, including kiddos with special needs. We gladly make the hour drive to see him. Can't recommend his practice enough!"

"I absolutely love Dr. Montemayor! I've had the privilege to be one of his patient myself for my childhood & always loved the care he provided me. I was sooo happy to know he was still practicing now that I have my own little ones. Didn't hesitate to choose him as my daughters pediatrician, & now for my little on the way & honestly wouldn't / couldn't trust anyone else! My bf was hesitant to have a male Dr. for our daughter which I respected but asked that he meet with the dr & then finalize his decision. The moment Dr Montemayor walked into the office to meet w/ us we didn't even say a word yet & he immediately remembered me, my family by names, our history, he just blew us away & my bf was IN LOVE w/ him! He is absolutely the best of the best! Two of his workers I've known since I was a little girl myself & to me that's just so amazing, I never hesitate to call them for any questions or concerns."

"Dr. Frank has being seeing my kids since my oldest was about 11 yrs old she is 29 now and has been our preferred doctor since. He saw my son since birth he is 20 now and has seen my youngest since birth as well, she is 13. He is an amazing doctor; respectful, knowledgeable, honest. His staff is great. We love Dr. Montemayor, he is highly recommended. WOULDN'T trade him PERIOD! My kids love him."
