"Is very sad that Dr Luis A López is very good pediatrician but since he changed to Community Care is not the same, is terrible service, when you call, no one answers the phone. They never informed us all the changes they would make, it was very disappointing and frustrating. We found another pediatrician. We tried and wanted to contact the doctor Lopez to say goodbye and thank him since he was our pediatrician for 10 years, but it was impossible."

"My son is a patient of Dr Lopez since 2021. Right now we are in need of a medication refill and I have contacted the office multiple times in the past week. No one answers the phone, the pharmacy had reached out and nothing had been done. I have called in the past 3 days 8-10 times a day and no one seem to answer or give a call back. Since they changed to Communicare its not the same"
