"Sadly the reception staff here gives me anxiety. The mask harassment is at an unnecessary level. They make a point to humiliate you in a crowded waiting room for not wearing a mask. Going to the doctor Is stressful enough. Being forced to use a medical device such as a mask, by a receptionist ( a non medical professional, secretary wearing scrubs) is ridiculous. However, once you are past reception,This place has a great staff of actual medical professionals who let adults make their own choices. They just need to adjust reception staff to have a consistent feel of friendliness and care in the office and I will stay on as a patient for sure."
