"The admin staff was efficient and courteous. The PA who saw me ignored my symptomology and my knowledge of my problem, was apparently offended when I questioned her diagnosis, and she did nothing to assist. Nothing. And was obnoxious about it. So go here if you are desperate."

"I give this place 1 star a. I don't think they even deserve that to be honest first visit an I will NEVER go back there!! It's 7:30 n not one single person in the lobby that states clearly on door walk ins welcome till 8pm why I just take my 8yr old daughter inside an they refused to see her an say there's still 4 ppl in the back but why all 4 back at once not one person in waiting area an doors unlocked an again walk ins welcome till 8pm so IDC how many ppl are in the back ur door says until 8pm so why was we turned away at literally 7:30???? Place is worthless"

"We have had to visit this location many times this year with our sick toddlers. However, scheduling is easy to get into, little to no wait times, extremely pleasant front desk receptionists who recognize my kids and talk to them, and most importantly the providers-specifically Jessica (PA) are wonderful! Jessica is consistently patient, thorough, and takes extra time to answer questions and explain things. My family is so grateful to have such a wonderful place to go to that we trust that’s just down the road! Thank you BJC Godfrey Convenient Care-you ALL make a difference!"
